Lisa Wozniakowski
As a seasoned REALTOR® with 15+ years’ experience, Lisa's specialties include first time home buyers, sellers, move-up/
vacation homes, and REOs/foreclosures in Lake, Porter, and Newton Counties.
With a background in both mathematics and communications, Lisa brings analytics and fresh ideas to marketing properties.
She maintains a Facebook page, Twitter, and Linkedin page, and is a firm believer in print advertising, in addition to online
marketing.
"I love being a REALTOR®. I take pride in knowing I am helping someone make their dreams of homeownership come true.
Being a REALTOR® is more than showing houses or putting a For Sale sign in a yard. I am an advocate for my client. I work for
them, and I keep them informed along the process, whether they are a seller or a buyer."
In her spare time, Lisa likes to help those being treated for cancer. Since her own leukemia diagnosis in 2013, Lisa has been
baking and delivering cookies to patients undergoing chemotherapy. In September 2014, she has expanded to also collect
and organize goody bags to blood cancer patients at Rush University. "Being a valued member of the community means not
only giving back but making your mark in society. A simple smile from someone is all it takes to know I made a difference. I
made someone's day, and that makes my day!"
Buyers and Sellers both want someone to look out for their best interests: to sell (or find) their home quickly and with the best bang
for the buck. That’s me—a client advocate who wants to get the job done, as efficiently as possible.
Lisa currently has a list-to-sale price ratio of 99.1%, one of the highest percentages in the area, proving she nets her sellers more
money than other brokers. Her listings averaged 36 days on the market.
Lisa volunteers with the Northwest Indiana Realtor Association (NIRA) and sits on both the NIRA and NIRA MLS Board of Directors. She was the 2022 NIRA Treasurer, is the current 2023 NIRA President-Elect and will be serving as President of the Northwest Indiana REALTOR Association in 2024. She is also a member of the Indiana Association of Realtors (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
